What's Almost Always Standard

• Food, prepared fresh: the menu items themselves, cooked and delivered for your event time
• Disposable plates, cutlery, and cups: included as default for both lunch box and buffet formats
• Delivery within the caterer's service zone: usually free within a defined radius of the kitchen
• Basic serving equipment for buffets: chafing dishes, serving spoons, a covered table and cloth
• Collection/teardown for buffet setups: the caterer returns to clear chafing dishes and serving equipment after the event

What's Usually an Optional Add-On

• Service staff (waitress service): typically RM3–RM8 per pax, not included by default in self-serve buffet packages
• Non-disposable tableware: ceramic plates, proper cutlery, and glassware for a more formal presentation
• Table decoration: flowers, table skirting, and themed decor beyond a basic cloth
• Delivery beyond the standard service zone: transport surcharges of roughly RM50–RM150 for farther locations
